Work is like carving a palace from ice,
when light shines through, it radiates a glorious rainbow of colours,
dazzles magnificently; however,
the crystal ice palace is destined to melt.
Dedication and commitment towards work is admirable,
but if one adopts an excessively serious frame of mind,
much fatigue and stress will follow.
Therefore, we should adopt the ice sculpting frame of mind,
to light-heartedly and happily complete the task;
we must not be too stubborn or too serious, but must carve diligently.
